About Us
Ozona is the “Biggest little town in Texas” and Crockett County Museum showcases the development and growth of this wonderful little town. You will be surprised at how much history can be found in this small part of the vast world called West Texas.
Our friendly staff is quick to show you around or you may choose to simply meander through at your own pace. Make sure you visit the gift shop for a coon skin cap, dig for arrowheads or get an original mohair coat.

Our normal Hours of Operation are:
Monday-Thursday: 9am-5pm
Friday: 8:30-4:30pm
Closed Saturdays & Sundays
Closed: President’s Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, Memorial Day & Christmas Holiday

Memberships Available
Stop by for a visit, and casually walk the three floors of memories as you embark on a historical journey of West Texas settlers.
Walk through exhibits from fossils, to Native American artifacts, to items from the early 19th century living and more.
